To use our services, you must be at least 18 years of age. Our platform is specifically designed for sophisticated investors who understand the nature of digital asset markets. By registering, you confirm that the funds used for investment are your own and are not derived from any illegal activity.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. For our investors in Germany and Austria, we highly recommend:
Using a unique, strong password.
Enabling Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) via the security settings in your dashboard.
Never sharing your login details with third parties claiming to represent our support team.
Processing Time: All withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours.
Currency: While investments are calculated in EUR for your convenience, transactions are settled via the secure digital protocols selected at the time of deposit.
Fees: We believe in transparency. Any applicable network fees are clearly displayed before you confirm a transaction. There are no "hidden" administrative charges.
In accordance with international financial standards and European Union directives, we reserve the right to request identity verification (KYC) if suspicious activity is detected. This measure is in place to protect our community and ensure the long-term legitimacy of our platform.
Investors may close their accounts at any time once their active investment plans have reached maturity. Rockbitcapital reserves the right to suspend accounts that violate our security protocols or engage in fraudulent behavior.
Rockbitcapital shall not be liable for any losses resulting from user error (such as sending funds to the wrong wallet address) or external market forces beyond our control. Our liability is limited to the management of the funds currently active within our internal investment protocols.
